Hey Vaultman18 Can you provide more detail? Is there a limited number of vaulters? Is Launder going to be there the entire time? Do the athletes need to bring their own poles? Is there a brochure specifically made for this camp? Sorry for all the questions, but my kids would be coming from Michigan....

Altius, Thanks for the clarification. SR has left four of my kids with no answers at this point. Your right, it is a true shame that the camp is no longer. Slippery Rock

So what's the scoop? I understand that the SRU camp is still being conducted, but without Hannay and Launder. Please say it isn't so! Can they still guarantee coaching of that level at future camps? What about Hannay? Anyone heard where, and if, he may coach next?

The last reply makes a good point. You should be getting into the mat. Vaulters should never, especially in high school, have their standards closer than 18". It means you are not turning the pull over and that you are either holding too high, not jumping, not running fast enough, or a combinat...

Look closely at your first picture. You are under, but not by much. It looks worse because you did not have a tall plant. If your top arm were vertical, as it should be, then part of your plant would have been corrected. Secondly, as you did take off your bottom arm collapsed immediately, as stated ...
