As long as the pole is measured correctly it should offical. I like the way the ...

Unless they have changed their design, I would not buy nor use one. I train with Morry Sanders, and two year ago he had one that he used at his clinics. He showed some new vaulters how to use it. Now, Morry is around 170 in weight, and had no problem. The first student to try it was 150+. He jerked ...

Matt, my brother started jumping last year. He is 9 now and has a PR of 5' 3". As for poles, my coach Morry Sanders made a 9' pole for him out of a broken cross bar.

Fixing you standards

Why don't you fix the one you have for the time being. For the peg, buy a 3/8 or a 1/2 inch dia. bolt three inches plus the thickness of your tubing and half an inch for the nut. Get a bolt with 1 inch of treads. If you have a 1 inch square tubing, you would need a 4 1/2 inch bolt. Cut the head of t...

I was at a meet last weekend, when my coach checked the standards. The zero mark on the standard's bases were 13 inch forward of true zero. The standards moved all the way back to 32 inches was actually 19 inches behind the box. For some one that sets their shandards at 24 inches, it made it hard th...
