Thanks Roscoe! I'll definitely keep that in mind! I've been trying to do that a lot recently and it's setting up my turn a lot more nicely, but sometimes i can't seem to get it over all the way to my right hip and instead I bring my right arm in between my legs. I'll keep working on it!

Last season my invert was VERY mediocre and I feel better about it at the moment just from my off season. That alone gives me a lot of hope for improvement this year...

I don't currently have a video of me. I'm quite fast, (sub 11.5 100m times) and 6'2'' and weigh 170-175lbs. I've been gripping about 13' up on a 14' 180lb pole.

I think it's definitely achievable for me. Do you guys think 14-15 feet by the end of this season is possible when I vault about 13' going into the season? I think it's achievable but I don't want to think too unrealistically.

Also, a big concern for me is the time frame in which I have to commit to a college. Considering I'm most likely only going to go to a college that will allow me to vault, I'll only have like 3 months to commit (from the end of spring track season to the beginning of the next fall semester).
