Run tall. My coach makes me do high knee drills. Staying really "bouncey" and trying to get as many foot contacts

bottom arm is kind of colapsed, and you lost your drive knee in mid swing

you shouldnt pull, rather you be taking a almost rowing action.

I had this same problem early last season when i transitioned to a new coach. What seemed to help for me was running drills, fewer steps, and sand pit drills.
Maybe also you're syking yourself out before you even run. Those are my two cents. Good Luck.

Hey, I'm a High School vaulter and i seriously want to get better. I've done a camp over the summer to actually learn form and technique etc etc. I was wondering if there was any indoor pole vaulting centers around the St. Louis area? I want to get better but laziness gets the best of be off season....
