Twisted pole?
So I have been trying to get on this pole for the past 2 weeks, and it just doesn't feel right at all. It bends weird, and stands me up every time. So I finally gave up on it and switched to a different pole, different brand. It has the same length, has a higher weight rating, and a stiffer flex. I ...

Re: Meniscus Injury
I never felt any relief when wearing braces. The only time I ever felt better was with a taped brace.

Re: Meniscus Injury
Ow, I had the same surgery last year. My meniscus was torn in 3 direction somewhat like the mercedes symbol. The removed all of the cartilage, and cleaned the bone fragments out from working out on it for a year previous to the surgery. I had surgery a week before christmas and sat out until mid jan...

Free pv pit
If you want it come and get it, I would like to give it to someone that really needs one. It is in pretty bad condition though (lots of pit dust, laying a tarp under the top pad makes it almost go away though) it would be nice to be able to get rid of it in the next 3 weeks, because I leave for coll...

Re: State Meet /Friday
I didn't mean it in an offending manner, I was just battling injury and had to go from 12 step and didn't do as well as I had hoped. I now realize it was just one of those things that happen. Plus I thought it was going to be the last time I was ever going to jump, until I was approached be a colleg...

Re: Pole Tips... Essex on UCS
All I use are essx poles, and the tips are extremely durable. I have the pole I used as a freshman and the tip is still good, and it is used every day.

Re: State Meet /Friday
I did not like the way this meet was ran off, they should have flipped the pit, and avoided the headwind. Me along with other vaulters could have jumped way higher if done so. Did anyone else have any problems with it?

[I mean, I know the definition of it being an event or such, but not something that needs a handle.]
It is like a spear used to stab fish, frogs, or whatever.

$100 o.b.o. pole vault pit & runway
I have and old pit/weather cover/standards/roll out runway/3 high jump mats in my backyard I don't use anymore, I will to give it to anyone that is willing to come and get it. They are in not so great condition, I do not recommend jumping 15+ on them (I jumped 14 on them). They work good for drills ...

bungee pv trainer
Our coach bought some new bungee trainers, and I was wondering what drills you do on them. This is the device: http://www.everythingtrackandfield.com/ ... ryID_E_221
