What are some good designs for high school poles? I can't think of anything but the classic two-color spiral, but I really want something flashy that stands out. If it helps, our schools colors are Green, Yellow, and a little Maroon. Thanks

so i jumped in the new adidas spikes last night and i loved them! They are extremely comfortable, very lightweight, and seem very durable. I was much faster down the runway than with other pairs and i jumped my best that i have in about six months. For anyone who is looking for a good pair of spikes...

on the 7' 2" your losing at lot of speed by pulling the pole up that early and you have a good knee drive trail leg looks good i think on both 7' 4" attempts you had no knee drive and no trail leg you can fix this by doin pop ups what do you mean by "pulling the pole up early"? ...
