Ive had the problem of my step always being more towards the pit by like a foot then when i just stand there and hold the pole. No matter how much i seem to move my hand grip up or down the pole and how much i move forward or back on the track. I just dont get it, there has to be a way to fix it rig...

No we do but we hardly ever get to actually go over something besides the bungee, its just disapointing.

I have a great feeling i can make 11' by the end of the month.

I am holding 5 grips down on a 13' UCS Spirit Pole.

I need to raise my grip up, but we only have about 4 meets a year that we polevault at.

I know this might be a little inappropriate, but its what i do.
I actually just fling everything forward with my hips to get my vertical ways. Just a suggestion!
