itd be great to get some comments on my vaults before the friday state meet... i know my form is not the best, but if there are any redeeming qualities let me know and then of course what i could improve and how to improve it. i was kinda ashamed of putting my vaults up, but ya know i guess everyone...

cause i really cant get the speed i need with like the friction of the pole, and im super frusterated at this point. The friction shouldn't be that bad. What kind of pole tip are you using?
