Vaulters heights?

I personally am not very short but me and one of my teammates who is a little shorter in stature at just over 5' 6" were trying to think of some successful vaulters with 5'9" and under height. The shortest vaulter to jump 6 meters is Markov and we was just shy of 6' but I'm wondering about...

Specific vault lifting

I am looking for a vault specific workout preferably 6 days a week that hits all the key components of vaulting and will help me for the next 3 and a half months in training I have always lifted and done sprint workouts but i just wanted to change it up this winter any ideas would be great! Thanks
