Re: Dust in mats
Thanks for all the advice. I will actually set up the pit next week so we will see what happens. I think the main problem is the cover was torn and the previous owners did not use the cover because of that. Hopefully the dust will settle out after many jumps or at least be less dust with the foam pa...

Dust in mats
I have some mats that produce a large dust cloud anytime someone lands on them. Does anyone know how to remove the dust?

Getting Inverted Question
I am having trouble with one of my girls getting inverted. She gets in a pike position and then bails out of the vault before its finished. Sometimes she gets inverted and still wont ride the pole up all the way.
Are they any drills or tips that might help her finish the vault?

Turning
How do you get girls and other beginners to turn over the bar? Most of them have not learned to bend the pole yet, but it would be nice if they could at least learn how to turn over the bar.

Thanks that all makes sense, and I have not had much time to do pole runs with practice limited to two days a week. Do you guys have any imput on the vaulter who jumps off her right foot. She does every drill jumping off her left, but then when she goes into the pit, it is always off her right foot.
