Bruce correct me if I am wrong, but when cutting the bottom of a pole, wouldn't that make it stiffer. So using the NHSF's thinking it should be safer. So i don't get what's the states reason for not wanting to allow it.
Rule 7-5-16 States that the competitor must enter the competition after his run through. So if he has already enter the cometition at 11' then seems to me the a run through at 13' should not be allowed by rule. Just my interpretation. Kevin
