11' your freshman year! and ur a girl! thats great ill be lucky if i get that by the time i graduate...good job .

Thank you, :D I work really hard to achieve what I want, but I wouldn't be able to do any of it without my coach Kris Allison. What do you jump?

I've watched and re-watched A Pole Vaulter's Dream and let me tell you Bubba, and Daniel have done an amazing job. Well Im a freshman at my high school and from my long run I've jumped 11' but on my six step run I've only jumped 9'6. In your opinion is it easier to pr from a short run or from your long run?
