Im Defending my title this year, hoping i get 1st again.... i would love it.
but are the same vaulters going this year ? how about Chris Garza From Los Fresnos? i would like it if he attended the meet this year. he jumps 14, i would love the competition..other than him , who is attending the meet?

I've Been Looking For Jason Colwick, the champion of region 4 last season...but i cant find him in any results ...did he graduate ? And if he did ...who are the top 5 vaulters in region 4 ? anyone know where i can see rankings of my region. ?

i was on an altius 14'6" an i was holding it right before the red line.. and now im on a 15'9" and holding it right below the red line 2. i was able to penetrate it. the farthest ive gone w\t it. was 14'8". means im not fully verticle.

ok.. since i started vaulting "Altius " has been my pole.... and i know i have pretty good form...but now that my coach bought me a 15 spirit.
and mannn .. wat happend to my Form !!. i try to swing upside down, but i just dont get it

ok.. i was waiting for the del rio news paper to come out.... to see what our sports section would have to read about us track guys who ran hard at whataburger.... but alll i see in a 3 line article about us. 3 LINES!!!. butt when the basketball team made it to the playoffs. everyone was going crazz...

man.. that guy is a national decathlon champion in the summer track program thing... i competed againts him at Border olympics. he went 1rst and i went 2nd.... so if hes leading the pole vault in region 4 ... are u telling my that im 2nd in my region. cause hes the only pole vaulter i havent beat...
