This is a great clinic to attend and awesome environment to get lots of information and listen to great speakers give their perspective on the vault. Thanks for all the input guys! :yes: We will play around with this over the next few months as we play around with some short approach work! Training is now over for us, but we will pick back up in October/November!

Bubba fashioned this "game" utilizing a similar approach to this. I call it the "facing your demons" game. How it works is, using DJ's chart you have your vaulters left foot on the mid mark to start, grip must be at the grip mark and they must clear the height before moving up. ...

TV is not making any more appealing. I tried to watch the coverage last night and after watching 30 minutes they had only ran two race! There are so many things going on during a meet they could cover ,like field events! I mean just think if they filmed each golfer walking from hole to hole or stand...
