I'm having tons of trouble pushing my bottom arm out when i jump, i usually bring it in right away so im getting absolutley no bend at all. It seems impossible for me to push though, does anyone have any advise on how to fix this problem?

Ive been vaulting for two years and i still feel like im starting out, but going back to the begining is probably the best thing. Whenever i go back and focus on the very basics that i first learned when i started, like basic rope work for your trail leg and pole run after pole run, it always helps....

Thats great stuff, what kind of insane person wouldnt want to date a polevaulter after reading all of this?? How about this one

Ohhhh yeah, i definitely plan on buying a massive amount of spandex this spring, i dont care what my team mates have to say about it haha

I hate ordering things over the internet but it seems like thats the only place i can find pv shirts and other merchandise being sold....plus i couldnt possibly call myself truly obsessed if i didnt have anything to back it up with :P anyone know some sports stores that might actual sell some pv gear?
