Vaulting to be side??
So today at practice my coach said that while vaulting my center of gravity is off. I push myself around he pole, causing me to vault to the side of the pit. I was wondering how I could correct this? Vault too far in front of bar
Hey, I have a problem that when I'm vaulting Im too far in front of the bar so I can't clear it. I try to stretch my body out but it still doesn't work. This is my first year vaulting and I'm on a 11'6, 130 pole right now

My body wants to turn and invert but I stop it
So I just started pole vaulting his year. Im using a 10'8, 120 pole. Every time I vault my body want to turn and invert but I keep on stopping it from doing that. I don't know why, but I totally block it out. I'm not sure if it's because a sophomore on my team, whose our best vaulter, is having prob...
