Two new carbon Fx poles for sale. Never jumped on. Manufactured by Gill in May 2007. 16-1 150, and 16-1 155. I'll check the flex if there is interest. Price is $250.00 for BOTH. I can arrange discounted shipping with Fed X freight. You pick up the tab.

If you can jump with your stds at 80 capping a 14-155. Then get yourself a 14-6 150 and 155 to help the transistion to 15 footers. Start with the same hand hold or a hand hold up on the 14-6 150 and ya ought to get in the pit fine. get yourself a 15-145 and 150 for later in the season. Quick answer ...

When zeroing out the standards/rails, is the zero mark aligned with the back top of the box or the back bottom of the box and the vertical plane up from that point? I have some poles I could bring to Reno. I have two brand new, never jumped on, manufactured in may 2007, Pacer Carbon Fxs 16-1 150, and 155. I might be willing to part with a good condition pacer Fx 15 150. I'll check flexs if that matters. But as I recall the flexs are med - soft.

I have two carbon Fxs. Both brand new never vaulted on. manufactured May 2007. Likely too light for you though. 16-1 150, 16-1 155. $400 for both. I'll ship

check out Tims Topper's at AdvantageAthletics.com. He's got themfor 13-16 ft poles. Affordable and realistic replication of strentgh needed and geometry you wish to maintain...without a full run and without flyin thru he air.

pole drop timing drill for Hs kids

We have the hurdle drill for pole drop and plant initiation timing. We place a high hurdle next to the runway at 3 lefts out and one at 2. We tell the kids start that drop right after youve established stride lengt and run under it at the start of their 6 or 7 lefts. By time they come screaming thru...
