Raising Grip Height
What's the best way I can raise my grip height? I've worked on my take-off and such, but over the course of 2 years my grip has only increased by about 5 inches. My standards, on my big pole, were usually at about 50-55, which isn't too far onto the pit at all.

Would occasionally being about 3-6 inches under be enough to cause this? I'm typically pretty good at being at my mark, and if I'm under, it's never by more than about 3-6 inches.

I have states on Saturday, and a 2 saturdays ago, I hurt my back at a pole vaulting meet.
